What is the post-purchase/review email sequence?

The post-purchase email flow is a series of automated emails sent to customers a few days after receiving their order to collect feedback by asking them to review the product on the platform your shop is hosted on. This sequence will also help you express gratitude, nurture your customer relationship, and gain loyalty.

Email #1: Thank customers for their purchase

Lastly, give them an exclusive offer on their next purchase to encourage them to buy from you again and cultivate a sense of loyalty as they feel like they are getting a good deal.

If the person has made a purchase at any point of the flow, immediately remove them from this flow and send them to the order confirmation flow. If they haven't purchased, send them to product refill or upsell/cross-sell flows.
