Send this on the milestone day and attach an exclusive offer to make them feel special. For example, you can send out a birthday email template to your customers to wish them and also attach an exclusive offer that’s available only on their birthday.

Email # 2: Follow up email

Follow up with your customers and ask them if they had a great birthday or anniversary. If they have made a purchase using their milestone discount, you can also give them a coupon code as a part of a referral program to celebrate the special occasion with their loved ones.
