AMP email is an open-source framework created by Google that allows emails to render and display dynamic elements like accordions, carousels, forms, calendars, shopping carts, dynamic APIs, etc. It creates a mini-website inside an email.

Are there any limitations of interactive emails created with Mailmodo?

Mailmodo used both AMP for Email and CSS Interactivity to cover major email clients so that your email subscribers get unique email experiences. Even though at present, AMP email is supported only by Gmail, GSuite, Yahoo, Fair.email, and Mail.ru, we have innovated to extend the interactive experience to Apple Mail as well. Moreover, if a user's email client doesn't support AMP or CSS interactivity, the recipient will see a plain HTML fallback email we provide options for.

Can I send interactive emails from my current platform?

Most likely, no. If you are planning to use AMP for email to do this, most ESPs don't support sending AMP emails. At present, we do not export interactive emails to be used with any external platform. However, you can use Mailmodo integrations to send interactive emails from other platforms. Not necessarily. Mailmodo is a complete email marketing platform that offers the same functionality as your ESP. But if you'd prefer not to switch, Mailmodo offers a range of integrations with email tools, CRMs and marketing analytics platforms to make your experience seamless.
